Tears of Joy
A thousand laughs. A thousand smiles. A million tears. This is how things are when you document your life instead of living. Everything can be measured in vacations that you didn't take and the pages that you wrote trying to blame money for the reason why. When it wasn't the lack of funds but the lack of caring. As the years go on I am now seeing that care is the common denominator. Care for me. Care for others. Care for self. When caring for self becomes too far, where does that leave others. Mostly down in the dumps. Upset that they didn't care for themselves more. Where does the time go over the years. A thousand laughs. A thousand smiles. A million tears. The time is measured as it passes on. There are moments that can be pinpointed out to the exact second the joy happens and others where there is just a large angry blur. What you want to do is keep the joy and lose the anger. Now one wants to be a sour-puss at 6 AM. Most want to be filled with joy, happiness and comfort in their surroundings. We are a fairly simple creatures event with all our faults and accomplishments. Nothing brings us more joy than being in moments of calm. A calming attitude to a situation can make wonders happen. The calm before the storm might call it, however if you know that a storm situation could occur your best bet is to break down the reason for the event. If in anger, be sure to manage it, never jest in anger and most importantly do not dismiss the emotion. Understanding your emotions can bring great benefit to your life. Life is measured in joyous ways not in the anger storms, but in the comfort clouds of happiness. To be happy with oneself is to find the comfort in your surroundings. Being and valuing your day to day events is calming and conditioning. It grounds oneself into knowing that your day to day events matter and bring organization. To organize is to know that your are taking each day as they come, without disruption. When you take the time to do the day to day tasks you are taking the time to say to yourself that these daily events are what matter most. The daily events keep us calm. Gently pushing us into a pace.
To end I want to stress the attention that is given on loving oneself worth. Though it may seem a daunting task, knowing oneself worth is important to the reader and writer. Self worth is the time that has accumulated, it is also the dedication that has driven you thus far. Knowing what you bring to the world is greatly recognized to your peers and elders. To keep and find this you must acknowledge that you have done a great deed for society with every waking moment. Those deeds are not small and unforgiving they are mighty and thanked everyday. Moments of thankfulness coach us to continue to do great. Thank yourself everyday and remember to thank others. A well warm "Thank you" may be all a person needs to brighten up a dark moment in their life, be a part of those. Be warm. Be loving. Be patient and kindness will flow through. Manners matter.
